pleasant rooms, great service
attentive staff walk-in shower
the beautiful double room was well-kept. the walk-in shower worked very well and offered ample space. i was impressed by the attentiveness of the staff, especially gary, fabio, and louisa, they seemed very dedicated.

Surprised by this Hotel
true helpfulness dedicated waitress restful room
My stay lasted three nights and the staff demonstrated true helpfulness, particularly Ben at the bar because he mixes up fine cocktails. Vaibh was also excellent. This waitress is very dedicated. The food in general proves very tasty. The room included everything that I needed and was very restful.
My room did lack a picture on the wall. the view at the back of the building overlooked a roof. The mattress felt softer than I prefer.

Excellent Restaurant and Convenient Location

The restaurant team was wonderful and made the birthday celebration great. Pablo, Elia, and Grace delivered service beyond expectations. I appreciated their efforts. The staff left chocolates for my mother and a free glass of Prosecco upon arrival, a nice touch. The location provides easy access to town. Car parking is available at a good price.
The bedroom seemed basic, with some marks on a wall and the bath panel sticking out slightly.

The lounge, bar, and ground floor areas have been refurbished, looking lovely and decorated to a high standard. The car park check-in is self-service, but a staff member is available to assist, convenient.

The room was clean enough, though there were marks on a wall, some marks on the carpet, and the bath panel was slightly askew. The bed was comfortable enough, though some springs were noticeable. it was acceptable.

The food was good for every course. The service included friendly, helpful staff and the decor was lovely. Breakfast was acceptable, though everything was on heated plates with nothing available to order, acceptable, but not special.

Wonderful stay
kind staff tasty breakfast large car park live music
I find hotel staff kind. Staff helped quickly with requests. I also loved hotel breakfasts. There was many choices. The breakfast was very tasty. I also saw large on site car park. It was good to see live music in the Restaurant nice atmosphere.
My room smelled a bit musty, but I opened windows.

Location it is quiet. It is a twenty minute walk to the town centre. Shops, cinema and open spaces it is nearby. The hotel is also close to the station.

My family room it was very nice. The shower was lovely and easy to operate. There was tea and coffee and biscotti in room. The room has modern decor to suit most styles.
